Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
